1. Service Description

EDIView is a web-based service that parses COPRAR EDI messages to provide operational information about container pickup status. The service is provided "as-is" for informational purposes.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• All operational and pickup decisions based on information provided by EDIView
• Verifying container status and terminal information independently
• Ensuring compliance with terminal rules, regulations, and procedures
• All costs, delays, or consequences resulting from pickup decisions

3. No Liability

EDIView provides no warranties and assumes no liability for:

• Demurrage charges, detention fees, or terminal storage costs
• Delays in container pickup or delivery
• Terminal actions, holds, or restrictions
• Errors or inaccuracies in parsed EDI data
• Business losses, revenue loss, or operational impacts

Use of EDIView is at your own risk.

4. Data Accuracy

While EDIView strives to accurately parse COPRAR messages, we do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy in parsing all EDI formats or variations
• Completeness of extracted information
• Real-time accuracy of container status

Users should verify all information independently before making operational decisions.

5. Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $49/month. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, and subscription terms are subject to Dodo Payments' terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Pro access is granted based on successful payment confirmation

6. Service Availability

EDIView may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use EDIView for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access backend systems
• Overload or disrupt service availability

8. Intellectual Property

EDIView, including its design, functionality, and code, is the property of EDIView. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

9. Termination

EDIView reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
